Marketing Project Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate day-to-day marketing projects to ensure timelines, deliverables, and budgets are met while tracking progress and communicating updates with internal stakeholders. Plan logistics for regional and national trade shows, including booth shipping, installation, and travel arrangements, and manage post-event reporting. Coordinate customer and dealer visits to manufacturing facilities by scheduling tours and preparing visitor itineraries. Manage inventory of promotional merchandise, source branded giveaways, and process vendor invoices and purchase orders. Assist with developing email campaigns, scheduling social media content, and supporting website updates. Maintain organized project documentation and files while performing additional marketing support duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or a related field preferred
- One to three years of experience in marketing coordination, project coordination, event planning, or a related role
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally for trade shows and company events
- Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through
- Customer-focused mindset with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments
- Creative problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Flexibility to manage changing priorities and deadlines
- Professionalism when interacting with customers, dealers, vendors, and executive leadership
- Positive attitude and willingness to support a wide variety of marketing initiatives
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and content management systems is preferred
- Familiarity with project management software is a plus
