Marketing Project Coordinator

Job Summary
Marketing Project Coordinator to manage marketing project workflows from initiation through completion, serve as primary coordinator within Teamwork or similar platforms, identify bottlenecks, coordinate with designers/writers/consultants/vendor partners to support marketing initiatives, publish and update website content (blogs, landing pages, digital assets), and continuously improve marketing processes. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of project coordination/marketing operations experience; proficient with Teamwork, Basecamp, Asana, Airtable, Monday.com or similar tools; based in Raleigh, NC; full-time with hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, marketing operations, agency coordination, or a related role
- Experience working with project management platforms such as Teamwork, Basecamp, Asana, Airtable, Monday.com, or similar tools
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, solve problems independently, and drive projects forward with minimal oversight
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and external vendors
- Experience with website content management systems, including WordPress or similar CMS platforms, preferred
- Process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented professional services environment
