Job Summary
Marketing Programs Specialist drives revenue by planning, executing, and optimizing revenue-driving marketing programs (gift cards, warranties, and growth initiatives). You’ll analyze performance data to uncover insights, collaborate across Marketing, Brand, Creative, Customer Service Outfitters, Inventory, Accounting, and third-party partners to develop creative, copy, and communications plans, coordinate in-store promotions and retail communications across Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s, support customer-facing needs, track gift card-related operations, maintain marketing calendars and performance reporting, and partner with program managers to drive program growth and visibility.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Degree Required: Associate Degree in Marketing
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Marketing
- Merchandising and Marketing experience
- Strong communications (verbal and written) skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
