Job Summary
Marketing Programs Manager leads the strategy and execution of direct-to-physician and direct-to-patient marketing programs for Hepatic Artery Infusion Therapy products. Collaborates with the VP of Marketing, sales, and cross-functional teams to plan and execute impactful programs and campaigns; manages vendors (designers, videographers, print production) and PR activities; oversees tradeshow strategy and event logistics; drives social media and email campaigns; leads website strategy and SEO optimization; partners with sales to develop peer-to-peer webinars and regional programs; develops marketing materials and content edits for collateral and website in compliance with regulations; requires strong project management, storytelling, and ability to navigate complex clinical content. Education: Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of marketing experience, including 5+ years in medical device or pharma. “Exempt” status; Boston-based role with on-site expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Psychology, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 7 years of prior marketing experience
- At least 5 years of experience in medical device or pharma companies
- Very good with complex clinical content and able to articulate clinical data to physician audiences
- Strong project management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills (PowerPoint)
- Ability to develop impactful marketing materials and campaigns
- Experience with direct-to-physician and patient marketing programs
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Experience leading vendors (designers, videographers, print production) and coordinating PR activities
- Experience with website strategy, SEO, social media, and email campaigns
- Ability to collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams
