Job Summary
Marketing & Enrollment Professional responsible for leading and supporting the Academy's marketing, branding, enrollment growth, and community outreach efforts. Responsibilities span developing strategic marketing plans to increase enrollment, ensuring brand consistency across materials, and managing campaigns across print, digital, social media, radio, outdoor, and direct marketing. The role includes designing promotional materials, coordinating advertising campaigns, managing digital presence (social media, website updates), creating engaging content (graphics, videos, student success stories), and producing communication campaigns targeted at current and prospective families. Enrollment recruitment and community outreach duties include developing and executing enrollment strategies, door-to-door outreach, supervising outreach teams, attending community events, building relationships with community leaders and organizations, coordinating flyer distribution, tracking prospective leads, and providing enrollment follow-up. Additional duties cover event planning and promotion, content development and public relations, data analysis and reporting on marketing performance and enrollment trends, and collaboration across departments. The position requires flexibility, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours to support campaigns and events; travel within Yuma County for outreach activities; and the ability to engage directly with families and community members. Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital advertising tools is preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. The role is based in Yuma, Arizona with an in-person work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Graphic Design, or related field preferred not required
- Experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns
- Experience coordinating events and community engagement initiatives
- Experience in education, nonprofit, customer service, sales, or recruitment environments preferred
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be willing to travel throughout Yuma County and surrounding communities for outreach activities
- Must be comfortable engaging directly with prospective families and community members
- Must be willing to conduct door-to-door outreach and enrollment awareness activities
- Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
