Job Summary
Marketing Production Coordinator responsible for managing day-to-day marketing and creative production workflows. Coordinates incoming requests, builds and maintains projects in project-management systems, assigns tasks, and tracks timelines from kickoff to completion. Serves as the operational hub for the marketing department, aligning creative, digital, content, and leadership teams, prioritizing work, and ensuring on-time delivery. Manages production intake, sprint planning, meetings, calendars, vendor coordination, and adherence to brand standards while enabling efficient collaboration across cross-functional teams. Maintains scalable workflows, templates, and organizational systems; produces weekly status updates and performance reporting; and supports photo/video production and event coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or related field)
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing production coordination, creative operations, project trafficking, agency production, or similar workflow-focused role
- Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) a plus
- Proficiency with Basecamp, Monday.com, Asana, Trello, or similar tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills across departments
- Understanding of creative production workflows including design, photography, video, print production, and marketing deliverables
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or related field preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing production coordination, creative operations, project trafficking, agency production, or similar workflow-focused role
- Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) a plus
- Experience in automotive, luxury, or lifestyle industries preferred but not required
- Proficiency in project management tools (Basecamp, Monday.com, Asana, Trello, or similar)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills across departments
- Strong understanding of creative production workflows including design, photography, video, print production, and marketing deliverables
