Job Summary
Develop and maintain an understanding of Xtant Medical products and relevant industry standards including 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485, and MDSAP to ensure compliance across the organization. Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Operations, and R&D to promote products, provide technical assistance to the sales force, and gather feedback on design and performance. Build multigenerational product plans using market research and customer segmentation to drive growth strategy, while managing day-to-day progress of assigned product lines and forecasting requirements. Produce competitive analysis, develop marketing materials for new launches, and conduct product trainings for internal and external personnel. Support the development and launch of new products by serving as the interface between surgeons, end users, and R&D. Submit timely expense reports, complete required safety training including OSHA and bloodborne pathogens, and maintain accurate documentation per Good Documentation Practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- One (1) to three (3) years of spine or orthobiologic product knowledge
- Must be able to reason independently and work with minimum supervision
- Proven ability to read, write, review, and complete contract forms
- Must possess excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Must be able to prepare and make presentations to staff, clients, potential clients, and others as required
- Proficient computer skills such as knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle as required by the position
- Ability to lift, carry, push or pull items of varying weight, typically up to 50 lbs
- Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for prolonged periods
- Ability to see clearly, whether with or without corrective lenses
- Ability to hear and understand safety signals, alarms, and customer requests in a noisy environment
- Must be available for evening or weekend work based on project/production needs
- Must be available for periodic travel with an estimated 50% of the time spent on travel monthly
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including laboratory coat, scrubs, gloves, etc.
- Must sign a waiver if declining a Hepatitis B vaccine
