Job Summary
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of company events, photo shoots, and video productions by translating creative concepts into detailed production plans, timelines, and run-of-show documents. Coordinate logistics, vendors, equipment, travel, and budgets while managing on-site teams, venues, and contractors to deliver successful events and shoots. Evaluate prospective opportunities against audience relevance and costs, then resolve real-time issues during live execution and oversee post-event closeout including invoices and asset returns. Develop repeatable workflows and maintain visibility across concurrent projects.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience producing corporate events, trade shows, experiential marketing programs, photo shoots, video shoots, or similar productions
- Experience managing vendors, venues, schedules, budgets, travel, equipment, and on-site logistics
- Experience developing production plans, timelines, checklists, run-of-show documents, call sheets, and contingency plans
Desired Qualifications
- Experience planning and executing complex events or productions involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Project management and organizational skills, including managing multiple priorities and meeting established deadlines
- Experience researching and compiling complex information into clear, decision-ready event evaluations
- Experience working independently in fast-paced environments and adapting to changing priorities or production requirements
- Willingness and availability to travel, work outside standard business hours when required, and perform hands-on work during event setup, execution, teardown, and production activities
- Experience supporting aerospace, robotics, automotive, advanced manufacturing, engineering, technology-focused organizations, or events involving vehicles, prototypes, large hardware, demonstrations, or engineering teams
- Experience supporting trade shows, industry conferences, executive events, customer engagements, or government-related events, including coordinating production vendors, venues, photographers, videographers, talent, locations, and rental resources
