Marketing Procurement Manager

Job Summary
Marketing Procurement Manager who leads end-to-end procurement and production of permanent and temporary POS materials and branded assets, sources and manages suppliers (printing houses, fabricators, display manufacturers, production vendors), conducts RFQs/RFPs, negotiates contracts, and coordinates production timelines with internal stakeholders to support nationwide campaigns. Responsible for cost-quality-timeliness balance, supplier network development, vendor evaluations, and ensuring brand compliance. Supports campaign planning with procurement planning, budget oversight, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, POS, Creatives, Logistics, and Operations. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years in procurement/vendor management, with strong negotiation, budgeting, and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- With at least 2 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or vendor management
- Experience in marketing procurement, POSM production, printing, or advertising materials is strongly preferred
- Strong experience in RFQ/RFP processes, vendor negotiations, and contract management
- Knowledge of print production processes, materials, and fabrication is an advantage
- Strong cost analysis, budgeting, and reporting skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and project coordination abilities
- Able to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English
