Job Summary
Marketing & Ops Manager will serve as the HubSpot expert within the Revenue Engine team, aligning HubSpot and the marketing toolstack to scalable international needs. You will translate business requirements from operational marketing teams into clear specs, drive adoption of HubSpot and related tools, manage toolstack projects (preferences management, automations, new levers), build and track tool roadmaps with product teams, lead change management and training across local/global marketing teams, and coordinate with stakeholders across BU marketing, product, and compliance. You will design adoption strategies, develop training programs, and foster a network of marketing-tool ambassadors to ensure maximum usage and alignment with international objectives. Fluency in professional English is essential.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Marketing Operations or project management of marketing tools
- Expertise on HubSpot (certifications)
- Experience in cross-functional coordination between business and product teams
- Good understanding of marketing and CRM challenges and commercial processes
- Strong listening, structuring, influencing, and interpersonal skills
- Professional English required
