Job Summary
Marketing Operations Specialist to support the Commercial organization in go-to-market digital processes and campaigns. Responsibilities include ensuring data integrity across source systems for GTM activity, supporting incoming cases and system builds, benchmarking and monitoring campaign tracking and performance across the lifecycle (MQLs, SQOs, velocity), collaborating with marketing operations, data and architecture teams on data hygiene and enhancements, delivering projects on time using tools like ClickUp and Salesforce Work Manager, staying current with marketing automation best practices, championing governance and enablement across teams, participating in Agile for campaign support and infrastructure improvements, and leveraging insights from the MarTech stack to enhance the campaign experience. Adobe Marketo Engage is an asset; experience with Marketo, Salesforce, PathFactory, Drift, Google Analytics or similar is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in a relevant field
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing automation or operations
- Advanced English
