Job Summary
Manage Google Maps pins for Neighbor listings by working directly with hosts to create, maintain, and optimize business details including categories, photos, and service areas. Ensure pin quality and compliance with Google guidelines while building repeatable processes to scale operations across thousands of listings. Monitor key performance metrics such as rank, impressions, and clicks to track growth on this primary channel. This role is highly execution-focused and requires a track record of detail-critical work in a customer-service-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- At least one year of work experience in a customer-service-driven position
- A track record of detail-critical work where accuracy mattered, whether in a job, internship, or school
- Experience managing a high volume of work while staying organized
- Able to follow a process closely while spotting ways to make it better
- Comfortable in spreadsheets and quick to learn new tools
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Google Business Profile, Google Maps listings, or local SEO
- Experience at a marketplace or multi-location business
- Built AI workflows or used AI tools to speed up repetitive work
- Familiarity with performance metrics (impressions, clicks, rank, conversions) and reporting
