Job Summary
Marketing Operations Specialist responsible for end-to-end PO lifecycle across marketing channels, processing and reconciling vendor invoices, maintaining the marketing budget tracker, coordinating NDA/MSA/SOW routing, and partnering with Finance, Procurement, Legal, and IT. Requires strong financial literacy, experience with invoice processing and budget tracking, proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Asana, NetSuite or ERP systems, and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing coordination, agency account management, finance operations, or a comparable cross-functional coordination role
- Hands-on experience with invoice processing, purchase orders, and/or budget tracking — ideally in a marketing or agency environment
- Strong financial literacy with advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational discipline
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with project management platforms (Asana preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Communications, or related field
