Marketing Operations Specialist (Event & Email MarTech) contracted for 6 months, focusing on building event pages and registration flows in SplashThat and Canva CMS, QA event builds, ensuring compliance configurations (cookie banners, consent fields, translations), managing SplashThat license rotation, maintaining the platform (themes, templates, localization), and building/reviewing emails in Dyspatch and Braze; requires precise data naming, taxonomy, and compliance configurations, plus stakeholder coordination, ticketing queue triage, and cross-time-zone collaboration. Strong orientation to event technology, email marketing operations, and MarTech platform operations with a willingness to learn new tools and work within technical constraints; GDPR/privacy knowledge encouraged.

Required Qualifications

  • experience in event technology
  • experience in email marketing operations or MarTech platform operations
  • familiarity with SplashThat, Braze, Dyspatch or similar tools a plus
  • ability to learn new platforms quickly
  • comfort working within precise technical constraints
  • strong attention to detail
  • experience with ticketing systems and managing a queue of build requests
  • ability to work across time zones and communicate asynchronously
