Job Summary
Marketing Operations Specialist responsible for writing and content strategy; duties include researching, planning, creating strategies and campaigns, managing projects, SEO-optimized content creation (website, blog, social), landing pages, CTAs, emails (mass, transactional, drips), gated content and sales collateral (ebooks/infographics), ensuring brand guideline conformance, and translating business objectives into compelling written content for target audiences. Requires strong writing/editing skills, familiarity with HubSpot and Figma, project management ability, cross-functional collaboration with marketing, design, and sales, and a track record of delivering marketing projects on time and within scope.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in content and marketing management
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Experience with HubSpot and Figma
- Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to content management and marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in English, covering both written and verbal communication
- Ability to adapt, to manage various tasks and to prioritize effectively
