Job Summary
Lead governance of marketing operations and compliance programs at Southern California Edison by partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and continuous process improvement. Responsible for end-to-end coordination of insourced marketing projects, building, QAing, and deploying multi-channel assets, developing reporting frameworks and KPI dashboards, analyzing campaign performance, managing budgets and forecasting, and driving process improvements. Must participate in Incident Management Team readiness and on-call rotations, with a hybrid work mode in California.
Required Qualifications
- Five or more years of experience in business operations analysis
- Five or more years of experience in project management, marketing, communications, or marketing operations
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Experience using project and marketing technology tools, such as Monday.com, Salesforce, and marketing automation platforms
- Experience working in a regulated or highly governed environment
- Experience with process improvement, automation, data analysis, and SharePoint governance
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and influence senior leadership
- Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills
