Job Summary
Marketing Operations Project Manager responsible for orchestrating timelines, inputs, and cross-functional alignment to launch products and campaigns across global digital and in-store touchpoints. Drive end-to-end execution of marketing projects from intake to delivery, maintain detailed project plans, identify risks and bottlenecks, and implement best practices to improve efficiency and scalability. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, DTC, Channel, Legal, and International teams; ensure briefs are complete and on-brief; track milestones across channels; and communicate status through meetings and updates. Must bring structured PMO discipline, cross-functional collaboration, and a bias for urgency to enable fast, high-quality go-to-market execution.
Required Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in marketing operations or project management
- CPG/B2C experience required
- Proven experience managing marketing campaigns in a fast-paced environment
- Deep understanding of marketing dynamics including omni-channel launch planning and execution across eCommerce and brick-and-mortar retail
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Airtable, Workfront, Asana, Monday.com)
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
