Job Summary
Marketing Operations & Orchestration Manager responsible for end-to-end orchestration of lifecycle marketing execution, prioritizing requests, aligning resources, and delivering campaigns on time with measurable impact. Serves as a key liaison between marketing, data, and channel teams to drive high-quality lead generation and performance optimization. Responsibilities include intake and prioritization of requests, marketing resource alignment, cross-functional coordination, data enablement and governance, roadmap execution, and channel performance optimization (email, direct mail, digital). Requires strong analytical skills, hands-on SFMC (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) knowledge, and ability to translate business goals into actionable requirements; effective communication and stakeholder management is essential. Education • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience); Experience • 5–7 years in marketing/marketing operations; Skills • cross-functional project delivery, data-driven decision making, SFMC journeys, testing, and channel optimization.
