Job Summary
Marketing Operations Manager at Verkada responsible for powering 20+ demand-gen marketers, owning lead ingestion/enrichment/routing and lifecycle management to ensure high-quality leads reach sales quickly. Shapes scalable marketing ops infrastructure, drives cross-functional alignment with sales, engineering, analytics, and brand, and leads campaign execution and enablement from requirements to scalable workflows. Designs and maintains ETL pipelines using SQL and Python, builds automations/integrations across MarTech tools (Marketo/HubSpot, Salesforce, Workato, AWS, Retool), and monitors campaign performance and data quality through Looker and BI tooling. Requires 5+ years in software engineering, marketing technology, or revenue operations, experience with Marketo or HubSpot and Salesforce, strong SQL and Python, and a data-driven, process-oriented mindset. On-site at HQ in San Mateo, CA five days a week. US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship.
