Job Summary
Marketing Operations Manager responsible for administering and optimizing marketing automation (HubSpot, Salesforce) and CRM workflows, leading data-driven improvements across marketing and sales tech stacks. You will own email marketing capabilities, analyze large marketing data sets, evaluate and implement new marketing tools, and collaborate with sales and marketing to improve lead management, conversion rates, and overall efficiency. The role requires 3+ years in marketing operations with hands-on experience in HubSpot and Salesforce, data integration across tools, strong communication, and a detail-oriented approach to auditing and optimizing processes. Remote-friendly and open to candidates located anywhere in Canada, with a compensation range centered around CAD 76k–90k, plus benefits and additional compensation opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations
- Expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce
- Experience administering HubSpot & Salesforce
- Experience managing data syncs across integrated tools (MAP & CRM)
- Strong communication skills and ability to train teams
- Detail-oriented with ability to audit complex processes and identify optimizations
- Familiarity with data enrichment and data hygiene best practices
- Experience with event and webinar marketing support
- Ability to think strategically and implement scalable processes
- Experience in B2B SaaS, Tech, AdTech, or Programmatic Advertising environments (Nice-to-Have)
- Remote-work familiarity and ability to operate in a remote-first culture
- Ability to build dashboards and report on KPIs
