Job Summary
Marketing Operations Manager responsible for end-to-end execution across aesthetics, fertility, audiology, and enterprise verticals. Own enterprise and SMB marketing programs, manage creative and contractor workflows, serve as cross-functional project manager, and ensure campaigns and assets are delivered with quality and on schedule. Collaborate with vertical leads and bridge marketing, sales, and practice partners. Responsibilities include campaign execution and lifecycle marketing (enterprise OTB campaigns, email campaigns, lifecycle experiments), asset customization (decks, one-pagers, co-branded materials), borrower/patient communications workflows, cross-functional coordination (marketing, sales, field enablement, events), creative coordination with designers and contractors, QA/proofing of campaigns, and data reporting of campaign results. Required skills emphasize execution focus, project management, attention to detail, written communication, data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and experience with email marketing programs, CRM/MA tools, and healthcare/fintech familiarity.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of marketing experience in an execution-focused role
- strong project management skills
- excellent written communication and proofreading
- experience executing email marketing programs including list management, campaign deployment, and performance reporting
- comfort working with data and maintaining spreadsheets
- experience coordinating with designers or creative contractors
- highly organized and detail-oriented with a track record of owning work end-to-end
