Marketing Operations Manager to lead and optimize our marketing technology and data strategy. You’ll administer the Marketo instance, drive campaign execution support for demand generation and sales, manage web content and SEO tracking, and develop dashboards to measure funnel performance. The role emphasizes building scalable marketing processes, ensuring data integrity across platforms, and delivering data-driven insights to optimize campaigns in a B2B RevOps context.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations
- Deep expertise with Marketo
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems for dashboard and reporting
- Familiarity with LLMs, Agents, Skills, and MCPs
- Knowledge in web development and web management
- Proven ability to work with and support demand generation teams
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting and data analysis
- A builder’s mentality with a track record of creating and improving marketing systems and processes
- Demonstrated knowledge of the B2B marketing landscape and RevOps best practices
