Job Summary
Marketing Operations Manager responsible for the day-to-day health and performance of Magnet Forensics' marketing tech stack, ensuring proper configuration and integration; drive ABM enablement, lead scoring and routing, and AI-assisted workflows; manage vendor relationships, tool evaluation, procurement, and renewals; collaborate with Marketing, Business Systems, and Sales Enablement to align on GTM deliverables; develop standards for marketing systems and data usage; oversee trial provisioning and multi-language support; create onboarding materials and training as needed; support cross-functional initiatives and advocate for AI-driven marketing strategies.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years experience cross-functionally with Marketing, Business Systems, and Sales Enablement to deliver shared outcomes for the marketing organization
- Hands-on experience managing a marketing technology stack, including marketing automation, ABM platforms, and sales engagement tools
- Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives, priorities, and stakeholders
- Ability to operate in ambiguity, identify gaps, design new ways of working, and build processes from the ground up
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Demandbase, Marketing Cloud, Qualified, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, ON24, Cvent, and AI solutions
