Marketing Operations Manager - English & Korean (spoken and written)

Job Summary
Review and approve all marketing submissions via N-ERP, Knox, and RMS, verifying budget alignment with the Marketing Plan and validating vendor contracts. Conduct monthly ROI and spend analysis by tracking actuals against forecasts, benchmarking against prior-year data, and documenting program achievements or escalating underperformance cases. Enforce MDF policy compliance through company-wide training sessions and operational guidance for CE and NAHQ teams. Manage month-end financial close activities by ensuring transaction approvals, verifying expense accruals, resolving aged EOs, and submitting HQ reimbursement requests. Serve as the designated Point-in-Contact for material master data maintenance and Free-of-Charge sample order approvals, ensuring system integrity and inventory reconciliation. Requires fluency in English and Korean, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Business, and 5 to 7 years of corporate finance experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree - in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
- Advanced Degree - Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Science in Finance
- General Work Experience - 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), or accounting
- Leadership Work Experience - 2 to 3 years supervising staff or leading cross-functional project teams
- Language – fluency in English & Korean (spoken and written)
