Job Summary
Own HubSpot end-to-end, including configuration, workflows, automation, and governance, while leading a full audit and rebuild of the instance to establish best-practice architecture and documentation. Build dynamic audience segmentation for persona-based messaging across email, web, and nurture, and standardize campaign frameworks for consistent, scalable execution with full tracking and attribution. Implement AI tools, agents, and workflows to enable deep personalization and remove manual tasks, allowing the team to focus on strategy. Own the end-to-end lead framework, including definitions, scoring, routing, and funnel performance optimization, while designing reporting layers that turn channel-level ROI trends into budget and resource recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- 5-8+ years in marketing operations
- significant time spent in B2B SaaS environments
- experience building or rebuilding a marketing ops function
- deep exposure to how a best-in-class marketing organization functions
- Strong understanding of SaaS revenue metrics and funnel analytics
- Must be U.S.-based
- authorized to work without sponsorship
- Deep HubSpot expertise
- Demonstrated familiarity with AI tools in a marketing/ops context
- Technical fluency with integrations, data modeling, APIs, and workflow automation
- Strong understanding of CRM reporting and data architecture
- Proficiency with enrichment and data tools
- Ability to translate business strategy into operational infrastructure
- Strong process design and documentation skills
- Strong communication skills
