Job Summary
Coordinate monthly advertising campaigns for eight Eide Automotive Group dealerships, managing workflows for television, digital, email, and direct mail initiatives. Serve as the primary contact for external vendors, reviewing creative materials for compliance and ensuring deliverables align with campaign objectives. Maintain campaign calendars, production schedules, and project timelines while resolving scheduling issues proactively. Plan and oversee company events, community sponsorships, and promotional activities, including contract negotiation, logistics coordination, and post-event analysis. Develop Standard Operating Procedures and recommend workflow improvements to enhance department efficiency. Track project completion, maintain organized documentation, and facilitate communication between dealership personnel, vendors, and the Marketing Department.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Three to five years of marketing, project management, or marketing operations experience
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office and collaborative workplace technologies
- Familiarity with project management software and social media management tools
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within an advertising agency, in-house marketing department, or automotive marketing environment
- Experience working with marketing vendors and creative agencies
- Familiarity with project management platforms such as Monday.com, ClickUp, or Microsoft Planner
- Experience coordinating digital marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of Meta advertising, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation tools
- Experience using AI productivity tools within marketing workflows
