Job Summary
Administer HubSpot Marketing and Operations Hubs as the primary subject matter expert, configuring platforms and managing integrations with Salesforce, Zoom, and other systems to ensure seamless data flow. Maintain data integrity through enrichment, deduplication, and compliance with GDPR and CCPA regulations while optimizing lead scoring, routing, and automation workflows for efficient sales delivery. Build marketing assets including forms, CTAs, and trackable content, then develop dashboards to monitor campaign performance and conversion metrics. Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Business Operations, and Data teams to align processes and scale operations within a SaaS environment.
Required Qualifications
- Deep, hands-on expertise in HubSpot Marketing Hub and Operations Hub, including system administration and advanced automation
- Strong experience managing HubSpot–Salesforce integrations, including field mapping, sync troubleshooting, and data governance
- Experience working within a Software or SaaS environment, preferably supporting subscription-based revenue models
- Proven ability to build automated workflows and scalable data management processes within marketing automation platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action
- Experience building dashboards and reporting frameworks within HubSpot or similar tools
- Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to data quality and accuracy
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience supporting cross-functional stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
