Job Summary
Marketing Operations Manager responsible for the operational backbone of the marketing team, including ticketing, workflows, reporting, website support, and CRM processes, with direct oversight of a graphic designer and collaboration with Content Marketing; duties include managing ticket intake and prioritization, maintaining SOPs, ensuring alignment with marketing priorities, overseeing asset production, owning website updates in the CMS, building GA dashboards and Mailchimp reporting, and supporting CRM data integrity and campaign execution. Requires on-site presence in Bonita Springs, FL, 5 days a week; no remote/hybrid options.
Required Qualifications
- 3–4 years in marketing operations or similar role is required
- Experience with Google Analytics, JIRA (project management tools) and email marketing platforms is needed
- Understanding of WordPress platform
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Basic familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for light email or web support is a plus
