Job Summary
Lead engagement and qualification of leads through outbound calls, emails, and texting; respond to residential/commercial inquiries within 24 business hours; conduct outbound efforts with a minimum of 250 calls per month for repeat customers; qualify leads based on criteria; maintain detailed CRM notes and data integrity; collaborate with the National Inside Sales Center and sales teams for smooth lead handoff; maintain knowledge of products and promotions; ensure accurate attribution tagging and CX notes across touchpoints; support showroom and customer experience processes; coordinate cross-departmental initiatives and reporting, and assist with data reconciliation and SOPs for walk-ins and homeowner experiences.
