Job Summary
Marketing Operations Coordinator supporting the Celtic Bank Marketing team by building and optimizing outreach cadences (Salesloft), managing prospect data and marketing automation workflows, and coordinating events and collateral. Responsibilities include pulling and segmenting lists, setting up email campaigns, maintaining data hygiene across CRM platforms, monitoring cadence performance, administering marketing automation tools, assisting with content production and editorial calendar, and coordinating with designers and vendors. Requires hands-on Salesloft usage, CRM experience (HubSpot/Salesforce/Marketo), strong Excel skills, event coordination, and effective written communication; 1–3 years of related experience and a bachelor’s degree are preferred. Familiarity with Monday.com for project tracking and comfort working in a professional office environment in Salt Lake City, with a hybrid work model.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing coordination, or related role
- Hands-on experience with Salesloft including cadence creation, reporting, and administrative configuration
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo
- Ability to pull, clean, and segment prospect lists using CRM tools, spreadsheets, or third-party data platforms
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation
- Experience supporting marketing events and collateral production
- Strong written communication and proofreading skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience in financial services or a regulated industry is a plus
