Marketing Operations Analyst

Job Summary
Marketing Operations Analyst responsible for running and optimizing marketing tech stack (Marketo, Salesforce) and ensuring clean data flows between marketing tools and CRM. Own lead lifecycle management, data quality, and funnel rules; manage tool vendors and document system workflows; build AI-enabled automation and reporting to measure marketing-driven revenue. Requires hands-on experience with marketing platforms and CRM integration, data modeling and reporting, knowledge of B2B SaaS sales concepts, and strong communication in English. Bonus proficiency in SQL, APIs, Marketo certification, and ABM attribution. Location-based remote in MX.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in marketing ops, revenue ops, or a similar role
- Hands-on experience running a marketing platform (ideally Marketo) and a CRM (ideally Salesforce)
- Ability to connect Marketo/Salesforce and ensure data flows correctly between systems
- Experience managing or testing marketing tools (Google Analytics, ZoomInfo, LeanData, Gong, 6Sense)
- Understanding of how B2B SaaS sales works including terms like pipeline, ARR, ACV, churn
- Strong data skills with ability to build models and reports
- Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., Claude or ChatGPT) for productivity
- Self-driven ownership mindset: track tasks, meet deadlines, and propose fixes
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Knowledge of at least one data tool beyond Excel (Tableau, Salesforce Reports, or SQL)
- Bonus: SQL, APIs (Marketo API), reverse ETL tools
