Marketing Operations Analyst

Job Summary
Responsible for planning and executing marketing projects and assets, serving as the day-to-day lead on creative projects, and ensuring on-time delivery and quality. Coordinates project capacity, scopes, timelines, and budgets; trains and mentors Marketing Promotions Specialists; gathers and defines project requirements, engages stakeholders, and uses Workfront to manage projects from kickoff through delivery. Maintains detailed project records, facilitates meetings, and supports campaign management for select initiatives. Requires a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or communications and approximately three years of project-management experience; proficient with Workfront or equivalent tools and MS Office/Teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications or related field
- ~3 years’ experience managing projects
- Experience with Workfront or an equivalent project management software
- Working knowledge of MS Office, including Teams
- Demonstrates a growth mindset and ability to collaborate in a matrix organization
- Ability to communicate with and present to all levels of the organization
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills
