Job Summary
Marketing Operations Agent, Eloqua responsible for designing, deploying, and optimizing marketing automation workflows to enhance customer experience, drive engagement, and generate measurable leads. Collaborates with digital strategists, analysts, and marketers; manages audience segmentation, landing pages, and email campaigns; oversees QA across emails, landing pages, forms, and automation; partners with 3rd-party platforms and event marketing to optimize performance; drives marketing automation excellence and maintains data quality, consent management, and suppression. Requires proficiency in Oracle Eloqua, Salesforce CRM, and experience in managing complex campaigns; emphasizes process discipline, analytics, and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in marketing automation using Oracle Eloqua
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM
- Experience in managing complex marketing campaigns
- Track record of working in a process-driven environment
- Comfortable with A/B testing and data analysis
