Job Summary
Coordinate with the Marketing Director to develop and implement the Bank's brand strategy, including graphic design, content creation, and digital material production. Manage donation and sponsorship requests across the Bank's footprint, ensuring all creative assets and promotional items comply with applicable laws, regulations, and policies. Assist in market research, campaign analysis, and the coordination of internal and external events while overseeing social media strategy and website content updates. Write, edit, and distribute email communications to employees and customers, maintaining inventory control for promotional items. Ensure all work and subordinates follow applicable regulations. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications required with 1-3 years of experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- 1-3 years of marketing/communications experience
- 3+ years in banking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail in writing, editing and proofreading materials
- Decision-making skills and sensitivity when dealing with confidential information
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and Adobe Illustrator
- Knowledge of computers and computer operations MS Office software
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to perform detailed tasks with accuracy
- Decision making skills
- Knowledge of standard office equipment including computer, fax machine, scanner and copy machine
- Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines
- Ability to operate a keyboard if required performing the essential job functions
- Ability to read and interpret a document
- Ability to travel if required to perform the essential job functions
- Ability to lift/move/carry approximately 50 pounds if required to perform the essential job functions
