Job Summary
Manage Stretto's brand elements ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and build internal/external brand awareness. Develop a significant amount of content for company communications, including social media posts, website updates, marketing collateral, and professional profiles. Oversee the production of case studies, videos, white papers, and internal presentations for department meetings and external speaking engagements. Provide graphic design direction for media ad placements and mentor junior colleagues to facilitate their professional development. This role supports the legal community by shaping the direction of a rapidly expanding business unit dedicated to innovation and excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (required) in Communications, Marketing or Advertising (preferred)
- Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience (B2B company or law firm preferred), with a demonstrated track record of increasing responsibility
- Excellent project management and administrative skills with the ability to juggle competing, shifting priorities (required)
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and output quality, from content ideation to data-driven decision-making
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office (required)
- Significant experience developing marketing content (required)
- Willingness to work hands-on to achieve objectives and consistently meet deadlines
- Superior communication skills and excellent attention to detail
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach to work
Desired Qualifications

- Experience using CMS (WordPress preferred)
- Experience using CRM systems (Pardot preferred)
