Job Summary
Marketing Manager leads end-to-end marketing campaigns for Word on Fire’s Institute, books, and digital products, owning concept through post-launch performance analysis; manages a marketing team, collaborates cross-functionally to ensure timely, creative delivery, develops brand-consistent copy, brainstorms launch ideas for new products, optimizes issues affecting page conversion and cart value, reviews emails/social ads/copy, tracks campaign performance, coordinates with purchasing to ensure inventory for campaigns, and conducts market research to inform strategy while aligning with the Catholic mission.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5 years of marketing experience
- Exceptional computer and technology skills
- Strong copywriting and proofreading skills
