Marketing Manager, Vietnam & Laos

Job Summary
Lead and manage Marketing VAS initiatives across Vietnam and Laos, delivering integrated media and data-driven marketing solutions. Build and execute cross-channel media strategies (programmatic, search, paid social, mobile) and measurement plans, oversee partnerships with digital platforms, and provide client-facing advisory and revenue-generating marketing services. Collaborate with local and regional teams, Visa Consulting, agency partners, and clients to design and deploy high-impact marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with KPI metrics, budget management, and strategic objectives. Maintain a client-centric, consultative approach, drive innovation in owned/earned/paid media, and influence media planning and optimization across a multi-market portfolio. Hybrid work arrangement with days in office to be confirmed by the hiring manager.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in a media agency, digital sales or client-side role
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Finance, Marketing or Communications or equivalent
- Proven experience in cross-channel strategy and execution including audience targeting, programmatic, search, paid social, mobile and DMP management
- Experience working with a variety of ad tech platforms
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, communication and negotiation abilities in English and Vietnamese
