Job Summary
Lead integrated marketing strategies for biotech/medical device products, drive go-to-market and lifecycle marketing, and oversee demand generation across digital campaigns and traditional channels. Translate scientific data into customer-facing value propositions, develop product positioning and messaging, support launches, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, Regulatory, and Medical Affairs while building annual marketing plans, budgets, and KPIs and mentoring internal teams and external agencies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field required
- MBA preferred
- 4 – 7+ years of progressive marketing experience
- 3 – 5+ years in biotech, medical device, diagnostics, or life sciences preferred
- Experience with commercialization and product launches strongly preferred
- Experience managing marketing budgets and teams
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Strategic marketing planning, product marketing and positioning, scientific/technical communication, digital marketing and analytics, CRM and marketing automation platforms, strong executive communication and presentation skills
