Job Summary
Field Marketing Manager at Kirkwood/Heavenly leads on-the-ground marketing campaigns to drive visitation and bring the resort brand to life across Kirkwood and Heavenly. Responsibilities include developing and executing events/activations, managing partner integrations, creating guest-facing materials, overseeing the resort website, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring consistent brand messaging at guest touchpoints. Proficient skiing or riding is required to access on-mountain areas. The role involves collaboration with the centralized brand marketing team, on-mountain coordination with operations and other departments, and delivering initiatives that enhance the guest experience. Proficient experience in brand/field marketing, experiential production, event management, and stakeholder management is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year college degree with an emphasis in marketing, business, and/or communications
- 5-6 years of marketing, event, sales, or other related experience
