Job Summary
Marketing Manager leads the marketing function for the organization across service lines, owning planning, prioritization and execution of initiatives to drive business development, pipeline growth and brand positioning. Responsibilities include managing the annual marketing calendar, driving campaigns from concept to completion (digital, email, social, print), overseeing content creation and collateral, website updates and SEO alignment, leading social media strategy, tracking campaign performance and lead attribution, and managing trade shows and events. This role oversees vendor relationships, maintains brand standards, and directly manages the Senior Marketing Specialist, reporting to the VP of Commercial Operations. Requires strategic planning, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration across Power, Fiber/Telecom, Wireless and Engineering service lines; Bachelor's degree and 5+ years marketing experience with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of marketing experience
- At least 2 years in a management or team lead role
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Experience with social media platforms, email marketing tools and website CMS
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Construction, utilities, infrastructure, or industrial service experience strongly preferred
