Job Summary
Lead and execute demand-generation marketing plans for the West Division, collaborating with operation leaders, agency partners, creative teams, and digital marketing teams to drive leads, revenue, and brand awareness. Responsible for developing tailored marketing plans, managing campaigns across digital, direct mail, TV, radio, SMS, sponsorships, and hyper-local channels, and delivering weekly performance insights. Requires a highly analytical, hands-on approach with strong Excel skills and comfort leveraging AI tools to accelerate insight generation and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of overall marketing experience
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in home services, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, retail, multi-location, or consumer service industries strongly preferred
