Job Summary
Marketing Manager responsible for leading email marketing, events sponsorships, lead acquisition, and content marketing programs to drive awareness and demand among B2B marketers. Responsibilities include executing email campaigns and nurture programs, writing campaign and landing page copy, updating content assets, supporting event sponsorships and follow-up workflows, making website updates, collaborating on campaign planning and reporting, producing on-brand assets with design and internal stakeholders, tracking campaign results, and optimizing performance across email, content, events, paid media, and lead generation. Requires 3-7 years of B2B marketing experience with direct responsibility for email marketing, content marketing, lead generation, and campaign execution; proficiency with CRM/MA platforms (Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and strong project management and data-driven optimization skills.
Required Qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience in B2B marketing or related demand generation activities
- Experience with email marketing, content marketing, lead generation, campaign execution, event marketing
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot)
- Experience creating marketing content (email campaigns, landing pages, campaign assets, thought leadership content)
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience analyzing campaigns and optimizing based on engagement, leads, conversions, or pipeline metrics
- Experience in B2B technology/SaaS/media/publishing/demand generation environments preferred
