Job Summary
Marketing Manager to develop and implement the Brand strategy and marketing programs. Responsible for developing the marketing strategy for new and existing products, overseeing campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR; Direct and coach the marketing team to set plans and priorities; collaborate with Sales and Product Development to enable commercial objectives; drive content production and editing; manage social media and improve online reputation; develop and deliver marketing and communications strategies; analyze competitive environment and consumer trends; control budgets and allocate resources; establish testing strategies and success metrics and report results to inform future direction; conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and competitor movements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Marketing
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Marketing
- Proven track record of success in senior digital marketing roles
- Experience with online programs (SEM/SEO, CSE, Paid Social, Display, Affiliate, Marketplace)
- Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.) and Google AdWords
- Previous experience in B2B and/or B2C retail environment
- Previous experience in digital marketing; traffic acquisition, affiliates, emails, data analytics, creative, social, mobile and more
- Previous experience in managing, growing, and mentoring a medium-sized team, including Marketing and Creative personnel.
