Job Summary
Marketing Manager responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies aligned with corporate goals, compliance, and brand across banking and wealth-management products. Lead activations, partner coordination, collateral development, digital and traditional marketing channels (website content, social media, email), ROI analysis, vendor management, market research, and ensuring advertising and customer communications comply with applicable laws. Requires collaboration with executives and business leaders, ability to manage multiple projects, and a background in marketing within banking or regulated industries.
Required Qualifications
- College degree with Marketing, Business, English, or Journalism major or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of marketing experience in banking, private banking, investment management, wealth management, or a regulated sales industry preferred
- Past expertise in MarTech tools and data platforms (CRM systems, marketing automation, analytics dashboards, and social media tools)
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to organize, multi-task, work independently on several projects and meet deadlines
- Ability to read, interpret and apply compliance law and regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading skills
