Job Summary
Monitor all marketing metrics for sales initiatives, campaigns, and promotions; build and manage the guest database; and coordinate production for website, Google, and Yelp updates. Create collateral and manage store placements while updating employees on all active promotions and campaigns. Track guest feedback metrics and lead the marketing department personnel with strong creative writing and copywriting experience. Report to the managing principal to drive marketing for Walrus Oyster & Ale House, Chicken + Whiskey, and Doi Moi brands.
Required Qualifications
- Strong creative writing skills
- Copy writing experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to organize others
- Skills to lead a team and manager marketing department personnel
- Ability to work with deadlines and within time sensitive parameters
- Desire to learn and take direction
