Job Summary

Develop and implement strategic marketing and audience development plans, leading integrated campaigns across digital, social, media, partnerships, and traditional channels. Manage the Seymour Centre brand and engagement strategy while overseeing marketing budgets, reporting, and campaign performance. Lead a team of four in the marketing, box office, and ticketing functions, driving the effective use of ticketing and CRM systems to maximize revenue. Build and maintain relationships with artists, producers, venue hirers, and industry stakeholders. Analyze audience insights and industry trends to inform future strategy. This role reports to the Artistic Director and requires evening and weekend work to support performances and special events.

Required Qualifications

  • Extensive marketing experience within the arts, entertainment or live events industry
  • Strong strategic marketing capability with the ability to see the bigger picture and translate ideas into action
  • Proven experience developing and delivering successful integrated marketing campaigns
  • Outstanding leadership skills and experience managing and developing teams
  • Confidence in making decisions, solving problems and driving initiatives independently
  • A forward-thinking approach with the ability to identify opportunities and embrace innovation
  • A flexible and adaptable mindset, with the ability to respond effectively to changing priorities and operational demands
  • Experience using ticketing and CRM systems to enhance audience engagement and customer experience
