Job Summary
Lead local Denmark marketing strategy and annual plan, translating Nordic brand direction into Danish campaigns that resonate with members and prospects. Work at the intersection of local insight and Nordic ambition, collaborating with the Nordic Marketing & Communication team and Denmark operations. Key responsibilities include driving local campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels; planning and executing events (club openings, upgrades, product launches, member activations); leading influencer marketing; owning local social media content; managing local PR in collaboration with Nordic functions and agencies; coordinating marketing workstreams with teams across Nordic and Denmark; and developing the Marketing Coordinator. Requires 5+ years in a managerial marketing role, strong strategic and operational capabilities, cross-functional collaboration, and fluency in Danish and English.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in similar managerial position, ideally Marketing Manager or similar for a fast-paced consumer brand, in retail or fitness context
