Job Summary
Marketing Manager, Retail for Vail Resorts' Retail Marketing team leads inbound marketing initiatives across digital and physical touchpoints for brands like Epic Mountain Gear, Hoigaards, Resort Retail, and more. Responsibilities include developing and executing content strategy, landing-page optimization, SEO/GEO, and ensuring the digital experience aligns with in-store messaging; identifying demand opportunities around seasonal moments; managing and optimizing retail website content with the Digital Experience team; creating in-store signage and messaging; translating outbound strategies into cohesive landing-page experiences; partnering with merchandising, planning, and operations to align messaging with product availability; monitoring performance metrics, conducting test-and-learn initiatives, and contributing to asset management and future asset strategy; collaboration with cross-functional teams and a high level of ownership mindset. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent experience and at least 5 years of marketing strategy/go-to-market execution experience; hybrid work arrangement with on-site in Broomfield, CO, and remote options for certain US states and Canada.
