Job Summary
Bring the brand's DNA to life across all consumer touchpoints, ensure consistency of brand voice & tone, analyze brand performance and opportunities, support planning and execution of product marketing initiatives, collaborate with Product Development to identify gaps, develop and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns including launches, write all packaging copy and descriptions for newly developed products, manage retailer promotions and calendars, develop planograms and retailer assets, act as the main retailer contact, manage marketing assets and product pages, and contribute to brand events and partnerships while maintaining budget and calendar discipline.
Required Qualifications
- +5-7 years of marketing experience
- Bachelor’s degree is a bonus
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office tools
- Exceptional communication and writing skills
- Thorough understanding of the marketing mix and market research methods
- Creative and innovative mindset
- Well-organized and detail oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
