Marketing Manager

Job Summary
Lead regional marketing initiatives to drive product awareness, market penetration, and revenue growth in the Northern Region and surrounding territories. Develop and execute regional marketing plans, coordinate sales campaigns, analyze market trends, and ensure regulatory-compliant brand visibility. Promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals including doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and clinics; organize product launches and promotional campaigns; collaborate with sales and distributors to support market expansion; engage stakeholders across hospitals, pharmacies, medical representatives, and regulatory bodies; track competitor activities, pricing, and product trends; provide insights to management for product positioning and improvements; ensure all activities comply with regulatory and ethical standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or related field
- MBA or professional marketing qualification is an advantage
- Minimum of 5–8 years’ experience in pharmaceutical marketing or healthcare product promotion
- Proven track record in regional market development
- Experience working with hospitals, pharmacies, and distributors in Northern Ghana is an advantage
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements
